Citrus Tilapia

Now I know that isn’t the greatest picture, and you may even be thinking that looks pretty blah, but in all honesty, it’s anything but. The sauce on this mild tilapia is incredible. After taking just one bite, The Phoenix says this has to go in our restaurant, a must for the menu. And I agree. Yum.

This slightly spicy, citrus sauce is so versatile too. It’d be great with chicken or pork, and The Phoenix even thought it’d be awesome as the base for a stir-fry. Once again, I think the big man’s right.

Give this one a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

And happy Monday! I just love Mondays. (I know, weird, right?)
