Just in case you’re wondering, because I’m totally curious what you’re making…here’s the rundown on what we’ll be chowing down on:

For breakfast…these absolutely divine cinnamon rolls.  Oh yeah, baby.  And we even have a few extra pans to take to our neighbors.  I think it’s supposed to be 30 degrees or so that morning so it’s gonna be some bundled-up fun.

For snacks throughout the day…Grandma Joyce’s Chex Mix, Restaurant-Style Salsa and Chips, Pepper Jelly over Cream Cheese with Crackers and The Phoenix’s Favorite Meatballs.  (Recipe to come soon on the meatballs.  3 ingredients.  Total awesomeness.)

And for the big show…

Drum roll please.

Roast Turkey Breast with Orange and Rosemary (I’m brining my turkeys..yes, I got two..for the first time.  Hoping it goes well!)

Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

Sweet Potato Casserole

Green Bean Casserole – it’s something other than the traditional this year and Phoenix-approved!

Cornbread Dressing

Roasted Asparagus

Cranberry Sauce

Honey-Wheat Dinner Rolls

And for dessert:

Pumpkin Sheet Cake

Strawberry and Chocolate Jiggle-Fluff Pie

Pumpkin Sugar Cookies

So, do tell…what are you most looking forward to eating at your feast?  Truth be told, Thanksgiving’s never been my favorite food selection and when I look over my cooking list, what I’m psyched most about…cinnamon rolls, roasted asparagus (I could seriously eat a whole pound myself) and some good ‘ol Jiggle-Fluff Pie.
