Sour Cream Coffee Cake Muffins

I love breakfast.  The food is delicious, it makes the house smell amazing and you can so easily get away with eating stuff that really should be desserts…pancakescandied bacondoughnutsFrench breakfast puffs

I could go on and on, but today we’re going to talk about coffee cake.  Cute, little coffee cakes, that might just be perfect to spoil your friends.  They would be divine right alongside a nice glass of orange juice, or, you guessed it, a cup of coffee.

I enjoyed how moist these muffins were, with just the perfect hint of sweetness, but the sour cream seems to balance them out so they’re not too sweet.  It is breakfast after all, right?

So what’s your favorite breakfast food?  I’m not even sure I could choose…but these sure were wonderful.
