In Case You Need Proof

It’s been a long couple days since The Phoenix left town.  I could go on and on, but I’ll save you the pity party.

I do want to share this though.  Because it just might bring a chuckle to someone’s day.  And someone out there should, because it’s certainly not going on at our house right now.

Remember this cute muffin pan I got for my daughter’s lunches?

Well…today it looks more like this:

Apparently even though it was sold as a muffin pan, it’s not meant to actually bake them in.  So, yes, if you needed any proof that I’m an idiot, now you have it.

Sigh.

On the brighter side of things, once all that melted plastic cooled, it was a cinch to clean up.

Hallelujah for finding joy in the little things.
