Popovers

Finally.  I tried a new recipe that was worth sharing with you.  It feels like it’s been ages.  My apologies to you and my poor family.

Popovers are a breeze to make and would complement so many meals very well.  (We had them with Asian Wonton Salad.  Yum.  We love that salad and probably have it almost every week.)  You simply mix the ingredients up in a blender, pour in your muffin tin and bake.  (For the popovers, not the salad, you silly gooses.)  And the presentation is cool because the popovers, well, rise high and pop over the tins.

The Phoenix and I thought these tasted a little like a German puffed pancake, but more in dinner roll form.  Pretty good for the simplicity of ingredients and prep.  Give ‘em a try and let me know what you think.
